  • Between Lambs and Lions

Firmly in the Political Thriller genre, I recorded the dialogue on scene 1 and scene 2, and I also mixed all that you see and hear. This is a short extract from the finished feature script. We hope we can garner enough interest to make the full length feature someday.

  • Always The Sun - Sci-FI 48 Hour Challenge 2014 - Team MindsEye

I and the Mind's Eye Productions team made this for the 2014 London Sci-Fi 48 Hour FIlm Challenge. Shot and edited in 2 days, and placed in the top ten amongst some very strong competition! I recorded the dialogue.

  • Following the Fatherless documentary film

I had the privilege of mixing this documentary on the lives of orphans in Ghana and Nigeria.

  • Levi Weaver / Family Feud

I recorded and mixed Levi Weaver's show at the Prophet Bar in Dallas, as well as editing the videos from the night.

  • Broadcast Mixing For Drummers

This is my mix of a drummer's convention and an (unfortunately low-res) live screen feed capture. I mixed 80 channels live to stereo, and they kept most of my live mixes for a DVD release (with a higher-quality video feed, natch). This edit is two clips: Teddy Campbell's moment in the spotlight and, later, his duet with John Blackwell, Jr. I was honored to work with drummers of that pedigree - look them up, they've played with some huge pop and soul acts. These cats could play, and the calibre of all the musicians made this gig a highlight of my career.

  • Christmas at Home

I multitrack recorded this Christmas special and mixed it along with Danny Davis, the singer/guitarist leading the songs. I also frequently shot and edited videos for this group.

  • Broadcast production

This is an example of the work I did setting up bands and orchestras for broadcast audio. Lake Pointe broadcasts online three times a week, and I and my team set up and mixed as many as 60 channels of audio per week. I would frequently mix FOH, monitors, and broadcast. This is also an example of the kinds of productions for which I would shoot and edit VTs and serve as on-site producer.

  • I Have Seen Him

Don't let the words "Modern retelling of Jesus' story" turn you off. This is not Left Behind or Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ. This is no blonde caucasian actor. This is scripture in the present day. What if you thought your only hope was gone... And then someone said... "I have seen him"?

  • Film Audio example

I was on the recording and mixing team for the music, dialogue, and foley heard here. I worked with some fellow Belmont University students, and some wonderful Belmont music students volunteered to write the score and play in the orchestra. We recorded and mixed at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville. Apologies for the low video quality; we were too focused on the mix to worry about how it looked.

  • Mystery (Ain't What It's Cracked Up To Be) clip

That's me on the right! We played the blues one smoky night in Dallas.
